Multi award winning rural Monmouthshire Inn with 60 covers and 2AAR is looking for a PASTRY CHEF who can occassionally cover the Main Kitchen too.
There is company accommodation seven miles away in Monmouth.
The succeessful PASTRY CHEF will have existing experience in Rosette establishments.
Priority will be given to anyone able to join the brigade by 12th February this year
